One thing about these surveys that companies use to pick focus groups: either there are a hella lotta super rich folks out there, or there's a hella lotta lying going on in these surveys!!!
And then you have the gophers in marketing treating this junk like it's gospel.
Oi. I call 'em gophers because their idea of market leadership is to poke their heads outta their holes, look around at what all the competition is doing, and try to match it. Those original ideas from engineering? Forgetaboutit!
