Metro air dam
I was going to try to get some coroplast this weekend and construct an air dam for the Metro. My question is how do most of you guys attach yours to the bumper? I'd prefer bolting it on somehow but I don't have a drill or many tools at the moment. Is there some sort of epoxy I could use? Any advice is appreciated.

I used self-tapping screws - you can get them at the hardware store for less than 10 cents apiece.
Check out my blog for pictures of them. You do need a drill and a 1/4" nut driver bit to put them in though. Maybe you can borrow one from a friend? |
Yeah, you don't need a drill if you got short self-tapping screws with a Hex head while using a nut driver or a good socket and ratchet. I don't suggest glue or adhesive on a front dam.

A heated awl or ice pick could get you a starter hole to get the self-tapping screws started into.Although that presumes you have a nearby heat source.Does a neighbor have a propane torch you could borrow? Would they have a drill?
