power rate

seems most on hear are near/over 0.10 cents per KWH

((supposedly)) im in one of the top ten cheapest power rates in the country
lower Columbia river PUD. its in the state of Oregon, N\W area.
at a mild 0.059 per KWH

the only lower rate i know or have ever heard of is the Clatskanie PUD

at a low of 0.0425 now.......it was 0.03ish a few years back

We have a base rate of $.06 here in Ontario with the rate increasing to something like $.09 once you use about 800kw (or something like that).

The problem is all the extra charges for delivery and other stuff makes the real rate about $.20 a kwh.

We are also time of use here.

I'm in the same boat, 100% wind power bought for around 13cents per kwh, perfect for cooking food, heating my water,charging my mower, charging my car, lighting my house and all I have to do is pay a small monthly fee, it really is amazing the day and age we live in.
