Pacific Northwest meetup?

It seems there's a decent number of us around Oregon and Washington. Any of you interested in meeting up somewhere and showing off your mods, sharing driving tips, and general banter for a few hours?

Every Saturday morning from 8-11 AM there's a Cars and Coffee meetup in Portland. (Cascade Cars & Coffee Portland) Maybe we could start up something similar?

Sundays are also my day off work, so that's extremely likely.

I feel obliged to plug the MPG challenge in Lacey, WA. The only MPG event in the northwest as far as I know.

The event ran a 90 mile course. You fill up before start and within a mile of the finish. Finish within a prescribed time period. Compare against EPA combined rating for your car. All done on the honor system.

Kinda fun and many people have achieved some fantastic numbers.

Just did the last event. We're moving south so I'm not sure if Lacey will be doing this next year or not. The event needs a volunteer, preferably with some better promotional skills than myself to keep going. It has some real potential if done well.

If anyone is interested PM me and I'll get you in touch with the city contacts.
