Napping in EVs
 

Due to the above, I've managed to get 30MPGe on my volt in EV mode. That 14kW (usable) pack doubles as a pretty nice house battery to run the AC or heater.

On the upside, no engine to worry about when I'm keeping myself warm when it's 20F outside and I'm sure that the ICE would have been a lot thirstier.

Had to pull over and sleep at a truck stop when was driving back to LA from San Antonio.
