03 tl and leanburn

does anyone know if the 99-03 3.2L v6 engines from Acura are lean burn capable? i hooked up my scangauge 2 today with the LBN xgauge that i found on the net. I seem to get very low numbers 10-15 at cruising around 40-50mph. otherwise the numbers are quite high at 80's (like cruising at 65mph). does this mean i have leanburn? thanks.
