93' Cavalier Z24 Convertible

Hi Everyone.....

So now that my commute to work is so large, ive been trying to conserve fuel as much as possible like most of you..... My daily Driver is a 93' Cavalier with a 3.1L and a 3speed Auto, Convertible. Im curious to see what kinds of gains I can make as i do quite a bit of driving. I drive from Toronto to Montreal (550km each way) on a monthly basis aswell, so anything helps!!

Also, I need this car to compensate for my Summer toy........ a heavily Modified Turbo Mazda Rx-7.. 1.3L Rotary.....
