Hey everybody, I'm James. I just bought my wife a 2007 Hyundai Elantra SE that we will be using to commute pretty often. I'm stoked I found this place, I'll read around but if anyone has any beginner ecomodding/hypermiling tips for me please don't hesitate!

And keep your tires pressure up ! my favorite adjustment to my car is 50lbs psi in all 4 tires, my tires sidewall is 45 psi

I agree with what ecomodded said. You'll gain the most from driving technique unless you really go crazy with modifications. However, I'd highly suggest some form of instrumentation (scangauge, ultragauge, etc.). Good luck!
