New(to me) 2001 Insight - KCMO
 

Just bought a 2001 Insight. 200k, 5MT.

To-do:
New Seats - 200k/14 years of butt-time=nasty
Grid-Charger/IMA Battery - Seller said IMA light was coming on and dealer recommended replacement. Maybe see if I can do some refurbishing..
Transmission - 2nd gear synchros seem to be going. Short term, practice double-clutching.
Clutch - Seemed off, apparently clutch cylinder is a weak point, so check it first.
Learn to drive it

Open to advice, or help from anyone in the KCMO area.

It's always cool to see another new G1 Insight owner. You'll be pleasantly surprised what you can squeeze out of this car!

Yeah, I've been reading over there. There's a lot.
Like I now know to look at the ground straps, at least two of which are broken(G2 & G3)
