I recently purchased (New to me) a '88 Ford Ranger EV conversion (Old) that I'm trying resurrect.

Welcome to EM! I always like the truck EV conversions. They're "EV Naturals" to carry the extra weight of the batteries. Skunk Works, Ha ha. A skunk that doesn't smell!
