Greetings from Canada!

Hey there!

Not only am I new to this website and forum... I am also new to ecomodding. I don't even have my own car yet. Plus I have limited knowledge of vehicles, but hey, it's never too late to learn!

I drive my parents' 2013 Prius V, and I do what I can to maximize its fuel economy - my best tank was 50mpg, but my average is 48.

I hope to buy the V from my parents one day - it handles winter the best of any vehicle I've driven (way better than expected, considering it was with factory tires), the road noise is much less than other lower-clearance cars I've experienced, and I love the cargo space.

As for what I do - I'm studying to be an arborist (tree doctor), and until I get certified and get an entry level job in that field, I'm forever searching for a minimum wage job. A major hobby of mine is LARPing (Live Action Role Play) - put simply, I get to hit people with foam-padded graphite sticks.

For the time being I plan on lurking and learning so that when I do get my own car, I can start ecomodding it right away... or at least I can help out while my father does the work.

Those Toyota hybrids are fun to drive, in a geeky eco way.

Congrats on the first 50 mpg tank!

And welcome to the forum.

That was probably a little TMI, bro! Luckily you're here, and not on 4chan

At least I buried my video gaming hobby in my profile, lol!
