Welcome!

So, you're looking for a project of your own . . . .

I just happen to have a G1 Insight, one of the most sought after eco cars of all time, sitting in my back yard if you're interested in a great Ecomodder starter car. I'm a couple hours north west of you

I think it still has one of Daox's 3 button shift knobs on it too - as far as I know it just needs the new starter installed to run (I have the starter), but I'm sure the big battery is done (can be driven with the big battery turned off btw)

Sweet! (Not the rust) ... manual transmission?

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color. My minimum fuel economy goal is 55 mpg while averaging posted speed limits. I generally top 60 mpg. See also my Honda manual transmission specs thread.
