civic owners-whats your mpg?

I'm a honda enthusiast and would love to hear what mods you have and what your mpg returns are.

please respond in following format:

94 civic dx (mine)
214,xxx
manual transmission
MODS:
airdam (extending to a 2.5" ground clearance and regularly scraping)
80% grill block
DRIVING STYLE:
slow accelerations, 65mph freeway, neutral coasting as soon as possible to stops.
MPG AVERAGE:
49.2 (5 tank avg.. not the most scientific but it takes time at 500miles/tank)- Pending new average, new clutch with 8.5lb flywheel. I'm hoping for reduced rotational mass will increase engine efficiency

97 civic lx(wifes)
111,xxx
MT
MODS:
airdam 3.5" (clearance in center and 2.5" clearance approaching wheels, occasionally scraping)
DRIVING STYLE:
slow accelerations, remaining in gear using engine braking to stops.
MPG AVERAGE:
36

Pictures pending

edit: curious to see what other manual transmission drivers shift points are-
94 dx- 2000 rpm +-100
97 lx- 2300 rpm +- 200

96 dx sedan MT
178,000 miles

Grille block (open 1/4 in summer, fully closed in winter)
high tire pressure
Scangauge <--- Get one. Now. Trust me. It's the best thing you could ever do for gas mileage.

Shift at low rpm - below 2000 unless absolutely necessary
Pulse & Glide with lots and lots of glide
Slow speed - 25-40 mph on my non-highway commute

MPG? see below.

Sadly, Scangauge workie on '96 and newer only... not workie on '94

I have a '94 VX with over 320,000 miles on it... VX model only came in hb and mt.

No mods other than driving style, shifting between 1 and 1.5k; typical MPGs in the 48 - 50 range (see my fuel log for details)... Well OK, I do have one mod which is to put a Fed ECU into my Cali VX, though converting to something the other 49 states had doesn't seem like much of a "mod"...

My commute is relatively hilly; I live 1700ft above where I work but sadly it's not a smooth roll downhill or gradual climb uphill

You can also use the SG on the 97, and then apply what you've learned to the 94.

My SG2 hasn't came in yet, but on my quick math im getting 42-45mpg. Ill come back to this post next week to update with *official* scangauge numbers.

98 Civic EX coupe 5 speed
short ram intake
header to 2.25 full exhaust
LS mesh wheels (3lbs lighter then stocks each)
rays lightweight lug nuts (3 of these weights like one oem)
lowered about 1.5" going lower soon.
carbon fiber hood
5w20

The car has full interior, ac, ps. The ac isn't working though.
Trying to find someone willing to trade trannies straight up for a longer one if they do the work. The honda dude's love these short geared EX trannies.
