Open revolt Controller Flashing Died

Ups yesterday i was flashing my Cougar Controller to change firmware and it said complete and died , no yellow led pc does not connect to it nothing any tips.

And can i buy a new chip and program it via the cougar board .

My friend said it is now youst a paper weight , and it is probably brick t.

You might be able to get another one from P&S. Or get one from electronics company.
