Is a partial kamback open or sealed up in the rear
 

Hello, I see pics of partial kambacks an they are always from the side. I can't tell if they are like an awning extending behind the car or more sealed up. Can some one post a link or pic shooting from behind the car? Sc

Most are open at the back.

But you could close off the rear of the awning with some clear stuff to retain visibility.

I had mine open for a long time, but finally closed it up with some acrylic sheets to keep dirt from settling on the rear glass, which gets difficult to clean sometimes. Couldn't tell any difference economy-wise.
