PCV Enhancer?
 

I have seen these all over the enternet. Where can i find the filter holder (the plastic bulb that holds the filter). It looks be like a small hydraulic or fuel filter assembly. And what do they put in them? It looks to be like little balls of what. i dont know.

Home Depot carries it. It is called Mini all purpose filter by Huskly. I paid $11.97 for it. It is located in the air tools section.
