Physics behind the Fuel efficiency of Sequoia and MDX

Hi ecomodder!
I'm new to the blog so i'm not sure if this is where I post this question but! I'm going on a road trip in the summer. My friends and I are going to take 2 cars (2002 sequoia and 2002 mdx) with 4 passengers (including drivers) and camping gears. I was wondering whether it was possible to calculate the fuel efficiency with all those things in the car.
Thanks

The closest thing to an instant calculator to get an estimate would be to enter the vehicle information on the following calculator, you'd need the weight of the vehicle + the people and gear (or at least a close estimate), the frontal area in ft^2 or m^2, the coefficient of rolling friction for the tires (average value around 0.010, estimated engine efficiencies, (22-30% at best for gasoline powered vehicles), the energy density of gasoline, and thats pretty much it really)

Do you know how I might be able to find the weight of a car?
