Who said they weren't burning gas? Any tweeker RC like that is probably running liquid fuel, not battery. I'd be more clear if you could here them at all instead of the bad overdubbed music.

The nitro cars burn a methenol-based fuel with a castor or synthetic oil blend. I didn't see any smoke in the video so I figured they were electric. Could be wrong. *shrug*
I agree that's some poor music...

the one i have burned gas. I bought a gallon of nitro for it last year and it was $25 a gal!! The car was a blast i drive once i finally got it tuned. It would do 4wd drifts, wide donuts and even cyclones, which is why it is now sitting in a box. Fun as hell to play with, but i like my electric 2wd monster truck better

25 a gallon for fuel? OUCH!

ya I had a cheap electric car I would bring to work to kill time with and I think the rubber tires would cost like 20-25 each to replace if i remember right...long time ago. (this is counting for the tire and plastic rim)

I got a couple of RC-10's sitting around.
I really should take them out for my son (wink-wink) ;)
