Reactions to your ecomodding?

Similar to the "reactions to your hypermiling" thread, only different.

My daughter just turned 9. She is fascinated by some parts of my ecomodded car, but others not so much. She kinda thinks it embarrassing to ride in, which is fully since it's outward appearance is pretty low key and kinda close to stock. But this last weekend I spent an hour or so looking after a little boy who is a friend of hers on the block. He is 9 too, but is always talking-up wild inventions. He and his older sister thought the car "cool" and told my daughter but it seems to change almost nothing for her. Hahahaha!! How about your kids, siblings, cousins, nephews or nieces...?

I am a person with a reputation for being eccentric, my daughter has taken after her father in that she values independent thinking and takeing action to bring ones dreams to reallity even if they are a bit rough and ready. She apreciates the fact that I don't just talk about making things better I actualy do something about it.
My co workers have a range of opinions from hey that's neat, to I would be embarassed to be seen in a car like that. I for my part enjoy when they complain about the price of fuel, I tell them how little diferance it makes to me and how they too can do something about it themselves. Its not just in the hands of oil companies and Governments.
My motorcycle [Gray] on the other hand attracts people where ever I stop. They are very interested in why I did it and how it works. it's a real conversation starter.

When the Wife's nephew started drawing his first cars, they all had rear wheel skirts.
I'm having a bad influence on minors;)

Most people don't notice my ecomods until I point them out... ;)

If they do, they are either neutral about it, as in they don't fully understand the concept and reason behind them or they are worried my car will overheat until I explain how the mods help fuel economy to a certain extent.
