Look what I saw this morning.

The van is not new, but the wiper cleans the panel immaculately.
It probably got a new blade at the last service.

My guess is that is one of those one way wraps. It looks solid from the outside but works like tint from the inside. They can be a solid color or be printed on like other vinyl wraps.
