Rustoleum Never-Wet
I'm sure most have seen the commercials already for Rustoleum's "Super hydrophobic" spray on product called Never-Wet. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with it? Internet reviews seem to be mixed; some say its fabulous, some junk. It has me wondering A) does it actually work? and B) could it be used to extend the life of cardboard aero mods?
One video I saw showed the research chemists spraying the inside of a beer box so that it could be filled with ice and not get soggy as the cardboard absorbs the water. Or does this product smell like unicorn poop? Thanks, |
I still have not done anything, but I have a can of Plasti-Dip, which would seem to serve for the same purpose. Maybe just aesthetics? :)

I was considering putting neverwet on my side/rear windows to keep the raindrops from ever sticking...

What kind of social deviants use weird usernames instead of their actual ones?! Okay, but do we name everything that we make? :) |
