scanguage for carb

Is it possible to adapt the scanguage to read sensors for carb?
ie, fuel flow sensor

No, I don't think so. The SG is designed for OBDII cars that are 1996 or younger.

I think the vacuum gauge is the way to go for carbs. Do you already have a fuel flow sensor for your carb?

I have a fuel flow sensor, but it's not installed. I got it off eBay a while ago.
I was thinking of some 'hacks' to adapt it.

Fundamentally you just need to keep track of the number of pulses received from the flow meter, though there may be a calibration curve to take into account. Starting with an mpguino would be the quickest path to an mpg (or L/100k readout methinks.

Do you have specs on it?
What's the range of flow rates it works with?
How much was it?

Thx.
