Scott never got the chance to attempt the escape from prisoner island, although death is the ultimate prisoner island and he did not escape.
Watching Yellowstone for the first time and I identify with the kid, starting at the bottom, accidentally earning respect.

I can't make the connection. Agreed, the Ice Age won't reach Italy. 'Escape from prisoner island' a cultyral reference? Papillion?
Anyways, Scoot Adams never got to see the Starship sweep a hundred foot deep trench of air bubbles and the fall backward into it.

Good art withstands time, whereas the CNC plexiglass "art" will go to the landfill in a couple years or less. Folks will be restoring "The Creation of Adam" and tossing "nobody is illegal" into the garbage.

I was always interested in the art that comes out of the garbage
This is what I drove in the 1970s. '57 body on a '66 floorpan, Buick headlights, Jeep hood latches. The rear end was bobbed with canted tail lights, but I don't have a picture.

Episode 135- Scott mentions Germany foolishly contracting with Russia for natural gas. That blunder came to pass.
Episode 140- Scott is still duped (as I was) that BLM leadership was genuinely motivated by seeking equality and gave a coherent argument for why one might retweet a BLM post. I get the progression now where he went from supporting Hawk to the "stay away" cancellation episode. His goodwill was taken advantage of. It went from saying the words "BLM" to Pelosi kissing feet of those that happen to have more melanin.
Now I'm curious where the switch flipped. I was indifferent from the start and probably had a negative opinion once it became clear it was cover for a Marxist agenda.

He's beginning to piece together the simultaneous sip dialogue in an adlib way.
I'm really enjoying these early episodes because they're short and have more to do with philosophy and systems thinking than simply political commentary, and he pulls out the whiteboard often.
