2004 Civic LX 5 speed. $5000

Considering selling my civic, the ONLY reason is due to needing more space (i.e a hatchback)

Next vehicle will more than likely be a honda fit/mazda 3 hatch/similar

Alright-here's the rundown

04 civic lx 5 speed
Runs and drives perfectly
Only synthetic oil (mobile one 15k extended) and bosch extended d+ filters
Newer plugs in the last 10k (preventive)
New lifetime gold brakes and rotors 10k ago
Tires are at least 75%
No rust on the frame/quarters, i wash it all the time/have done por-15 coatings.
One little spot on the hood where there's no drain plug in the very center/bottom right
Clean accident free title in my name

I'm the second owner, purchased from the original owners father at 81k or so more than a year ago.

I had been looking for a clean civic for a while and this was on the corner right down the road.

He was a retired master mechanic, his daughter had gone off to europe and needed trip money, the car was just not needed.

He had done the clutch/timing belt/wipers/rear brakes/sway bar links all at 75k just for the next owner. Clutch feels like new, no grinds in any gear.

I have driven it over 25k miles and haven't had any big issues at all aside from a freak event where the passenger side control arm broke loose after going over a pothole (replaced the entire engine cradle and control arm-have paperwork). I track every fillup and average as high as 45-46mpg in the summer months (using a scan gauge).

Last week my upstream o2 sensor went out, i just received a replacement denso in the mail and will have it in. Signs indicate that my younger sister may have hosed it down when i paid her $20 to detail my engine bay (she's 15 go figure).

I drive like a grandma, shift at or below 2k rpms, just try to milk it for the best possible mpg i can get.

Body has scratches and such, but overall is in good shape for a 2004.

Price is $5,000, i'll have pictures on request. It's a black coupe.

*update

fresh mobile one/k&n filter oil change. New upstream o2 sensor is installed and functioning well, the old one was toast.

Will be doing a complete fluids change (transmission, coolant, brake, power steering) in the next couple weeks if not sold.
