Source for rigid plastic sheet?
 

I've decided to cover up all the dings in the front of my Geo's hood with a sheet of black plastic, sort of a rigid "bra." Does anyone know of a source of adhesive-backed plastic sheeting rigid enought to hold its shape but flexible enough to fit the curve on the front of the hood? Alternatively, can anyone recommend an adhesive that will securely bond a plastic sheet to a painted hood, if I can't find an adhesive-backed sheet that suits me?
