Spray-On Insulation/Finishing Interior Surface?

Can anyone here recommend a spray-on sound insulation that can be used as the exposed layer on the entire interior of a car?

I'm interested in gutting out the interior of a Metro or Swift to lighten the weight of the car, but I still want to have some sound insulation and somewhat of a finish on the interior (for the significant other's sake at least).

Thanks for the help

Spray on Bedliner works well, but carpet glued on works much better for noise . . . . Worse for Water . . .

Thanks. I'm looking into bed liners now. One thing I'm concerned with is making sure whatever product I choose must have low levels of VOC. I mean I will be in a closed compartment with this stuff. I don't want to get sick.

If you do bed liner DEFIANTLY USE A GOOD RESPIRATOR the stuff is POTENT.

I've used it on several interiors before, use a respirator, only spray for 3~5 mins, open doors, use a fan and you are ok. <- Not Official OSHA Advice

Good advice that I definitely plan to follow. But, I'm also concerned with this stuff continuing to offgas long after it has dried. If it contains VOC's I want to make sure it's at least at a low level. 150 gm/l or lower.

I couldn't give you any specs, but I can say that it does not smell after 2~3 hours. . . .
