hi

just wondered if anyone was using sticky back plastic for any aero mods? its great stuff and beats gaffer tape for the taped wheel skirts idea. you can get it in different colors or clear and its water proof sometimes.

i am using 3m molding tape on my internal patrail grill block. held on even through a snow storm,

I would imagine the tape used to hold on window visors would work extremely well... but that might be the same as what Taco is talking about.

it comes on 2mt x 45cm rolls

the window film stuff? i got some crackle type at lowes.
it wold be too flimsy, i have some i used it for a bathroom window, by its self not very sturdy, and goes on like tint, u have to wet it put it where u want it and let it dry.

it may work if u created a skeleton then streached it over it, but dont know how long.

i was thinking abs plastic with a sticky backing,.
