Essentially an NEV (neighborhood electric vehicle)... Neighborhood Electric Vehicle - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia... lots of those around, for much cheaper, though maybe not quite as 'cool' looking

Would be perfect to meet Muffy and Biff in for a round of tennis down at the clubhouse..........
