TDI swap necessary bits?

Title says it all... what's necessary for a TDI swap into a '97 Golf 5 speed gasser?

I'm probably going to get this car in trade for some junk I have laying around that someone else needs, and it needs a transmission, I guess. If I get it, I'll be looking into a TDI swap, so I need to know what all I need to pick up before getting into it.

That is the same thing you'd do. The Cabrio and the Golf are pretty much identical for practical swap purposes.
