Is there a free 2D shape lift and drag software?
 

I read some old posts about a software package, along with some youtube videos.
Looks like this program (can't remember its name) isn't available anymore, Is it?

Is there some other free program for fast analysis of an idea?

Autodesk Project Falcon. I haven't used it. I need a memory upgrade.

Project Falcon looks like fun tool. I happen have Inventor so maybe I'll get my Punto model imported somehow and check it out.
Though I'm pretty sure it'll be too much strain on my old Pentium D processor to compute all this in real time.

Real time? I think the latency is hours, or days if there's holes in the model. :(

I've given Project Falcon a try, fixed all the holes in my Punto model and I just can't get Cd to drop to reasonable values. Punto should have Cd value of 0,31 or 0,32 but the lowest I can get is 0,43. I've modified it with kammback and it got Cd=0,4. Full boattail, ridiculous amount of smoothing and full skirts resulted in Cd=0,3. Any ideas on what am I doing wrong?

Covering holes made a big difference to someone in one of those threads. Do you accept the first result or let it run. I haven't reread the threads but some program gave fluctuating results that eventually settle on a consistent result. Or not.

The result will be low resolution, and apparently uncalibrated. You did drop the Cd by 30%!
