Are these stock HX rims?
 
Pretty simple question. Stock or Nah? Also is there anything special about the stock HX rims?

Yes they are. They are make for Honda by Enkei. Enkei also sold them in other sizes without the Honda badging. I had a set of 15" on my CRX a while back.
They are fairly light weight but not that aero.

No the aero of them drives me crazy, I'll be modding them in the next couple weeks lol.
