Yes, but what's your point?

Most manufacturers strive to lower aero drag on their electric cars, using a variety of changes.

There is no 'point', it's just information. And there's not a lot of it available. You didn't offer it, so I went ahead.
If a member wants to ponder the 14% difference in Honda FIT drag, or anything else, so be it.

Tesla bought ' gliders' from Lotus and electrified them. No specifics have ever surfaced that I could manage to snag.

A pointless post, then? OK, just so we know.

Members here at EcoModder.com have been known to 'ponder' things. Information is grist for that type of activity.
If knowledge is power, then information is a mechanism by which to achieve it.

Pondering is good. I like pondering. I came here to find a thread to post in on Elon Musk's Final Warning. The five most recently updated threads are two users going on about cooling drag.

That is away from pondering.

Solar Window. Might that upset all the equations?
Quote:
SolarWindow - Clearly Electric
https://www.solarwindow.com
SolarWindow Technologies, Inc. (Symbol:WNDW) is developing the first-of-their-kind electricity-generating see-through windows and products for America's 85 million detached homes and commercial buildings.
So a 36hp Beetle with a conformal cap could be a gas/solar hybrid?
