trouble finding 5.1v zener diode
Assembled my freeduino, interfaced LCD, prgrammed with MPGuino software, tested, now need to interface to my vehicle.
I like to order from digikey and am having trouble finding the 5.1v zener diodes that are necessary. The only one I found is surface mount, which I guess I could solder wires onto but was wondering if anyone could point me to a more appropriate diode. If you have a digikey part number even better. Here is the one I found... Digi-Key - MMSZ4689T1GOSCT-ND (ON Semiconductor - MMSZ4689T1G) Much Appreciated. |
This was the zener I started with and still use:
1N4733A 1W Zener Diode - RadioShack.com You can probably search digikey for 1N4733A |
