Trouble with VBS-EV-12

Has anyone Used this system in their conversion? My system worked the first day, then it started to act up. The Relay has gone to continuious cycling (Click, clickl, etc...) which prevent my pump from turning on so I don't have brakes.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Note to all with advice on the forums here! Great job! would not have got this done without all of you. Car runs smooth, the Cougar controller is great (thanks Paul for all of your help). Only problem is with the vacuum system.

Thanks to All!

Brian

Hello Brian,

If you have the installation manual, you can see in the third page a half hidden bolt on the left of the "C." and "a.". It should be really well fixed to car chassis. If it doesn't you might ear that clicks.

But this pump draws a lot of current, does anyone found a sollution to limit the current flow to the pump?
