Uhm, correct. That was defined in post #12's cut and paste.

Please note the winking smiley at the end of my comment on the MIL. I enjoy having a pre OBD vehicle that can haul 16,000lbs up hills and got 19MPG on it's last fill. Not having a computer makes you pay attention to your gagues and engine sounds, something that helps FE as well.

Nice execution of V-board formatting

On the timer solution, there are no premade commercial 12V timers that I found with that time length. One could be built cheaply from 2 555 chips or a single 556. Around $10 would cover it.
