Up up and away, bad design - how did it get this far?

Last thing you want on your car is to induce lift, the tail of this thing is just going to fly away.

More than one name on the patent, how did it get that far?

Sorry, I just had to share.

I'll give them credit for creative packaging of humans.

I'm just wondering what alcohol fulled binge lead to this, and did anyone get permanently hurt/disfigured, arrested or spent the night in jail?

Advantages of this invention are:

Optimization of vehicle dynamic stability due to gettig the contact between vehicle wheels and road surface increased, where faster car movemen show the higher advantage of this invention comparing to conventional car models.

A more comfortable body position allowed in the rear passenger chair, because new back-seats introduce larger room for people's back and neck, to avoid a banding position.

An acute angle parallelogram shaped fuselage stroked into its back by following passenger car's sadiator allows the first to slide on top of the other. Occured along the car body's rear plate sliding reduces a Direct Striking Force and bounces it away from passenger seats. Imaginatively possible overturning is more acceptable over cars' rear compartment's banding or crushing for getting smaller the forces applied against fuselage from exterior.

Described herein above, the sliding feature of the acute angle parallelogram shaped fuselage imposes a limit on the collision forces value. Reverse ratio between the improved vehicle's rear plate durability and its weight, suggest possible achievement of such a value of the first that any collision forces value exceeding the value of improved vehicle's weight, cause lifting of this vehicle higher up, instead of allowing the fuselage rear plate to band.
I think everything they listed is wrong minded in the worst of ways.

Does anyone see a way of finding something nice to say?

Maybe the rear underside angle is too steep to do any real harm?

Looks like a CIAMobile for Renditioning the prisoner in the rear torture compartment. I presume there's a super duper reinforced driver's headrest so the prisoner can't kick the driver's head such that vehicle control is lost, although the annoyance factor could still be off the charts.

Figure 10, item #10.................looks like a wing for down force?

If the body design is for down-force, then why would it need a wing?

Why don't the other configurations use a wing?

These guys cannot even keep their misconceptions straight.

Perhaps these were elementary aged students which won a grade school science contest, and the prize was getting their idea made into a patent.

Cool beans if you are 11 year old, but by the time you are 14 years old (old enough to understand) you might die of embarrassment.

Like that stupid-arse school bus "aero-shield" that won a Pepsi grant due to a misguided social media campaign.

Exactly, I bet that got a free patent application along the way too.

Just a guess, or it could be from an on-line Russian university (Putin U?).:D

I like the crash safety drawing. The whole idea that it would deflect off the hood of the car behind.
Now imagine it wasn't a car behind but a semi, bus, truck... or a biker?
That 'sadiator' must have a hard time containing its sadism.

This design may need some minor tweeks. A turboencabulator would help.
