Looks great for under 8 hours of work, and a potential 20%-25% increase in mileage is huge!

I plan on making another one something lighter this project was more for me to prove to my self that it would work and do able. i now have a winter to plan this first attempt was a great help i design my next one.

With this cap i got about 3-4 mpg better(hand calculated) on the 2 tanks I used it on.

Thanks for post is MetroMPG I had thought about it but never got to it.

You didn't miss anything audio-wise.

Aerocaps have always begged the question of "why not drive something else" for me. Why would this guy be any different?
