Volkswagen OBDII versus Scangauge ?

Hello,
I've recently ordered a scangauge II directly from Ecomodder, only to remember afterwards that VW's OBDII often need a special OBDII scanner (VagCom, that I still don't own).

I was really happy to be able to get instant L/100km, TPS position, water temperature and possibly vacuum/boost, but now I'm wondering if I'll get anything but Instant/avg L/100km.

Is anyone using SG with a Volkswagen (MK4 Jetta in my case), and do you have any trouble with 'gauges not reading ?

Edit: I received my SG, and can tell you that it is working the way it is supposed to, although It don't seems to read the codes (that or my car is already clear of codes.).

Thanks.

all of my scan gauge "gauges" work fine on my VW.

Don't forget that what VAG Com does is above + beyond what the Federal government requires for new cars.

Be sure to check out Xgauges as well.
