Viper windshield today

I did 6-loads of laundry yesterday. While the clothes were drying I walked across to the CVS Pharmacy to check out the magazine rack.Nothing!
On the way back to laundromat,I stopped at an AAA Done Right Auto Glass shop.I asked about a Dodge Viper windshield.MOPAR OEM was $350(US).Generic was $100 (US).
I ordered one at 2:00 PM today and it was at the store in 2-hours.The $100 included sales tax.I tipped 'em a $20.
At $2,900 cheaper than the Marauder LOLA GTP windshield I've been contemplating I just had to go for it.
Since it's laminated safety glass it will pass muster with Texas State safety inspection, and USFRA tech inspection will also be okay with it,should I try and morph it onto the T-100 or other 'wreck' I have laying around ( you can ask KamperBob about that).
If nothing else,it would make a nice static display for local Eco Fairs and the group from UT Arlington, who orbit through my community each Spring.
Yep,I need a twelve-step program!

*All low-drag autos have a semicircular windshield when viewed in plan.
*The best are compound curvature.
*They allow for more uniform acceleration around and over the greenhouse.
*They minimize suction peaks at header and A-pillars
*They're apt to completely prevent A-pillar vortices altogether.
*They have the lowest drag when under yaw (crosswind) conditions.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
*I had procured the rear hatch glass from a 1995 Camaro, thinking at the time that this would be the equivalent of the Ford Probe-V windshield, except its safety glass, not laminated safety glass. So,legally,it can't go on the street, and USFRA forbids its use at Bonneville.( 2-strikes and I'm OUT)
*I was to buy an EV-1 windshield, and then we all know what happened there.Best glass ever on the N.American continent!
* Then, the plan was to latch hold of a Marauder,LOLA,GTP race car windshield.Very nice piece of glass.$3,000 price tag plus shipping. If they would sell me one at all." (^%)@!~*&$%X{}[]/?!"
*Then comes along this Viper windshield. It's not perfect, but it's pretty clean aerodynamically, and at $100 it's pretty good brain food to have laying around to contemplate.
*To fabricate a filleted surround, with wipers,to integrate onto the face of the greenhouse would allow removal of the existing glass.
* It would be a bit funky (just my style),but would get me into supercar/concept car windshield territory for basically,sweat-equity,very little cash.
*Ending up with a Porsche 956 roofline might show at the gas pump.

Nothing yet.Weather has been nasty. When I can,I'll pull the blister off the T-100 and prop the new glass against the existing glass for a look-see.
It's a tad to wide for CRX.I could use it on the VW bus.It could go on the Dodge. The roof is already 'gone' on the Ghia.It gets a bubble canopy. We'll see about the Toyota.
Something else, the inside surface of any glass can serve as a mold for a composite faux-windscreen with glazed peep-hole.Not legal for street, but okay for dry lakes racing.

Phil, your username here could not possibly be a better fit.
"Wow that is an aero windshield, I MUST have it! Now what can I adapt it to?"
