Alibaba has this, any in the US?

This EV is a wheelchair car- wheel in; drive off. Do we have these in the US? I thought someone was starting a business in Texas, or New Mexico, or Arizona in the southwest importing these (from Stockholm, I think) a few years ago. Hadn't seen it again until this month in Alibaba ads:

I have power and manual wheelchairs, hot-rod, custom painted and plain wheelchairs. I am losing interest in rebuilding my velomobile; but I could sure use this Kangaroo car.

I've seen something about a similar vehicle developed in Hungary, and another one in Spain, but this one had a small gasser engine.

I believe it was Hungary, not Stockholm - that seems familiar. At the time in 2010 my Pod velomobile had just made a fast downhill run, and I felt this vehicle would be too slow. But I like the idea now! I am getting older and slower :-D
