Stumbled across this video. Watched it from two viewpoints, one of pure amazement and the second with my typical "what if" scenario.

Lol, it's an illusion caused by the camera.

Yeah, was thinking CGI... then I realized that they very specifically stated 24 hertz at 24 fps... since 24 hertz is basically 24 vibrations per second... it's like taking a video of a fan... if the fan matches rates with the camera, it'll appear like the blades are standing still.
