What are some good low e windows tints for diy?

I'm looking at doing some honeycomb shades and some low e window tints, especially on a certain room in my house that has too much window for how small the room is. It more or less turns into a sun room on summer afternoons and people will die in there when the sun hits the windows. Year round outside of that though its pretty balanced. I've got some deciduous trees planted so in a couple years that will help.
I have had 3m crystalline 70 on the front windshield of the prius for around 6 years now. I think something like this would be perfect. Are there any similar tints like this for sale outside of a dealer?

Mostly just East and West windows so I'll be sticking to window film for this one

At the local recyclers, I got what is apparently called a roller shade. It's 48x78 inches, black on one side and gold on the other with perforations. Two more showed up later as well --$25 each.

I shall get some window screen extrusion and frame up individual screens for at least four windows. One on the South for solar and the one on the North for privacy.
