Wheel trims on the inside of rims?

One thing that has always occurred to me:

There is often room to fit an inside edge wheel trim, obviously an inner hole is required to clear brakes etc but I have never seen it done before.

Might have a little experiment to do

Only the bottom edge of the wheel's inside sees direct airflow, so the effects are going to be tiny. Best off to simply stick to the undertray and tyre deflectors.

I've always thought a combo like kleenwheels and smooth covers on the outside would be a great combo. You could just attach the outside cover to the kleenwheel inner cover.
