Window down?

Ok, so far I've got 56.2mpg over 300 miles going 55mph (give or take(hills)) with my driver-side window all the way down and my arm out the window. I'm sure this isn't the hot aero setup, so my question is, what kind of increase could I see with the window up all the way?
