I agree, AC does help with defogging but it certainly not required. It does not help whatsoever for defrosting (outside). Just crank up the fan and the windshield will defog. My only vehicle with working AC is the Celeb, and I almost never use the AC anyway.

Well I can't believe I forgot to update this thread. I redid the entire grille block with all white materials. After it got warm out I removed the upper block, and this is how Rex will stay until I can get the bumper painted. At which point I will return to modding my spare bumper.

Why don't you switch to the old bumper until you get this one painted?
