it's been a while since my last visit, but wanted to say that we're removed the wing worms and not because these things weren't work, but because sometime this summer fall we're planning on wrapping the van, so the wings will have to be removed.

Also, something surprising. I was give a chance at installing a throttle body spacer on the van, Mind you this spacer was not designed to work on the transit connect however it was designed to work on the Maverick 2.0L engine which our van has. Though with a few small modifications, we've successfully installed the spacer. So why even mention this? for the last 4 years the van has bene getting an average 21.4 mpg even with prices going up.. the MPG's stayed the same. Then comes the spacer, adding the spacer the MPG's have increased after only one week.. so Our testing isn't conclusive yet. I'd like to say that our MPG will increase even more over the next few weeks. though we'll keep an eye on it.

I guess I really wasn't hoping these wing worms would work, though wife said she likes them on the van. The most surprising thing we encountered, it wasn't the wing worms, nor was it the solid wheels.. it was just adding a throttle body spacer has done more to increase the van's fuel economy.
