I'd think you'd want facts more than opinions?

http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/toxprofiles/tp72-c3.pdf

Doesn't list water as an ingredient or being present, but it does mention water insolubility.

https://www.google.com/#safe=off&scl...w=1280&bih=699

Of course in gasoline/ethanol blends some small amount of water is soluable.

I suspect the air itself carries more water to the combustion chamber than the fuel.

There are known benefits for introducing some water or water vapor to an engine- funny I see no performance claims in the quote. I wouldn't spend that amount of money on it for sure.

There is not enough time to normally convert more than 10% of the fuel into vapor. So the remainder gets cooked within the combustion chamber, to form carbonous deposits within the engine, or gets sent out through the exhaust. That leaves around 90% of the fuel basically wasted.
Looks like crap to me so I didn't read any further. Unicorning here we come.

P.S. Skimmed it a lil... saw magnets and efies... tell your friend to run run run!!! Send it back ASAP, get a refund, and don't look back.

The first mod I listed is claiming 20% improvement I believe. And yes I do want educated opinions/facts about what I'm posting. A friend of mine has already spent money on them and might still be able to get his money back

I wont believe claims like that because fuels that naturally offer 100% vaporization by being super heated at room temperature when under 1atm of pressure like propane or natural gas only offer a slight MPG advantage (some where around 3% to 5%)over gasoline when compairing BTUs/mile.

That should give you your answer right there.

They all appear to be exceedingly efficient ways to separate the consumer from his money.

NFG at anything else, though.
