Wanted: Civic VX wheels
Its time for new tires on the Paseo and I'd like to go to a lighter wheel. Anyone got and extra set around or know anyone looking to get rid of some?

Are these VX rims? They look like it. They are in Nashville TN, so maybe not practical for you. Also, they come with tires...

They have been online for a LONG time (he may take less for them, or be more willing to ship them). I would take them, but my tires are 4 x 4.5...

There is a salage yard in FonduLac that has 3 Honda Insight wheels for $50 each... I've been temped to pick those up next time I can, they are 14" wheels tho, but the same weight as vx rims and same bolt pattern.

I thought about going with HX or Insight wheels. The problem there is I have to get RE92s then, and they aren't cheap! If I can get VX wheels for a good price I can save a lot of dough.

Ah, I do love that I swapped my vx rims for insight ones. The VX rims looked nice and dangerous but the insight rims + re92s were just heads and tails better in both looks and fuel economy, I think.
However, I do believe the insight rims weight a good bit more than the vx ones, but that is offset by the light weight of the re92.
