Nice find! What's up with that rear wheel skirt? I guess maybe that is part of the "rear seat" addition mods? They widened the car in the rear?

Well, if they were really looking to improve they aero they should have put tiny pod mirrors on it like I have, rather than leaving the original stock Micky Mouse ears hanging out there in the wind!
