Speaking of leaving spots;
You know you're an ecomodder when you drive through a farmers irrigation sprinkler on the way home from work and you think, "Oh, good. Now I can check the airflow pattern around my A-pillars when that dries."

or when you sell stuff on eBay specifically to fund a Scan Gauge purchase.

when the truck in front of you at the gas station is pumping gas when you pull in, and still pumping after you washed your windshield and on your way....after pumping a few gallons into your own car.
A possible sign of you know your an ecomodder:
the car you drive is extinct.
